Purpose
IAlwaysForget, published by Thomas Lefort, lets you write tasks in everyday language and receive them by email once or on a recurring schedule. Using it means accepting these terms; material changes will be announced before they apply.
Your account
Accounts use an email sign-in link rather than a password. You are responsible for access to that mailbox. You must be an adult to register, and remain responsible for what you enter.
Service and limitations
We aim to deliver reminders at the chosen time, but email and internet delivery cannot be guaranteed. The service is an organisational aid, not an emergency, medical, legal, financial or safety service. Keep another means of tracking anything whose omission could cause serious harm.
Trial and subscription
The trial lasts three months. The annual subscription is charged in euros through Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. Prices and taxes are shown before payment; we never receive card details. Viewing this page never initiates a payment.
Withdrawal, renewal and cancellation
Where the French consumer withdrawal right applies, contact [email protected] within fourteen days. The subscription renews annually, and article L215-1 of the French consumer code requires us to remind you of your right not to renew: that email goes out between three months and one month before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from the subscription page; access continues to the end of the paid period.
After expiry
A one-week grace period follows expiry. Afterwards the account becomes read-only: emails and writes stop, but data remains available for consultation and export. Resubscribing restores normal access.
Leaving and applicable law
You may export or permanently delete the account from settings. French law governs these terms. If there is a disagreement, first contact [email protected] so we can try to resolve it amicably.
